All requests for signed items should be directed to Andy West in writing, either by post or by email to awest@readingfc.co.uk

Due to the number of requests received, only local charity organisations can be assisted.

Only requests sent directly by the organisation can be considered. Requests should be sent on letter-headed paper and include registered charity number or full details of the organisation or good cause.

If a signed item is requested, a signed programme/poster may be sent.

If a signed shirt or ball is approved, a letter of authorisation will be sent to the organisation. The letter can then be taken into the Megastore and the shirt or ball purchased. Items for signing can only be purchased with a letter of authorisation.

The item must be paid for in full, and taken to the Megastore attaching the Club's letter of authorisation and a copy of the original request, clearly indicating whether it is a ball or a shirt which needs to be signed - for a shirt specify the size, for a football specify the design.

It can take up to six weeks for each item to be signed.

Only one item can be signed for each organisation per season.

Other requests for signings will be considered on an individual basis.
