The Club are delighted to welcome Paul Hughes to our Community team.

Paul joins us as a social inclusion development officer, and will manage a variety of projects that work to reduce crime and anti-social behavior within the local community.

His main responsibility will be the management of our Kickz project, a nationwide scheme involving every Premier League club and heavily supported by the government.

Kickz will involve running coaching sessions as well as a wide range of non-football activities relating to health and education issues.

Paul said, "Kickz is an exciting project and will provide a fantastic opportunity for the Club. We haven't explored social inclusion in great detail before so this will be a good stepping stone for that."

Paul is already well known to the Community team having previously worked for us a Football Development Officer based in Andover. He has also worked for Millwall FC and Sport England.
