Adam Federici appeared at a footballcv.com event earlier this week.

The event is a football trials camp and it designed to help show young people what it takes to be a professional player.

During the week the youngsters have daily training which includes skills circuits, specialist fitness and games.

They also have daily visitors teaching them about the background they need to make it into the game.

These include a Nutritionist, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Sports Psychologist as well as Adam.

The participants then get a trial on the Friday in front of scouts, and this year Arsenal, Charlton Athletic and Reading scouts attended.
