All our staff will try to ensure that problems don't arise. However we realise that things do occasionally go wrong. When they do we will do our best to put them right as quickly as possible. We promise to genuinely and honestly investigate each and every complaint we receive, and our aim is that you will receive a reply or initial acknowledgement within seven working days, Should our investigation take longer, you will receive a full response within a maximum of 28 days.
