Are hospitality places still available?
All hospitality is now sold out for the 2007/8 Barclays Premier League season. If you would like to know more about our hospitality, advertising or sponsorship for the 2008/9 season, you can register your interest by email hospitality@readingfc.co.uk please remember to include your company name along with your telephone number. You will then be sent details of availability and costs, when the renewal process has been concluded.

How do I book hospitality places?

When will my hospitality tickets arrive?
Hospitality tickets are usually issued approximately 10-14 days before the fixture. You will also receive a pack with your car park pass and other information, such as timings and dress code.

What time do the hospitality areas open?
They generally open 3 hours before kick off, with food being served 2 hours before kick off. Our full timings can be downloaded in a Word document here.

Is car parking included if I book hospitality?
Yes, we offer one car parking space for every four guests.

What is the dress code in hospitality?
A smart casual code applies. Anyone wearing jeans, trainers, tracksuits or football shirts will be denied entry. Guests in the Vice Presidents' Club (Trophy Room) or Directors' Lounge require jacket and tie, or smart dress for ladies.

Where do I go when I arrive at the Madejski Stadium?
The hospitality entrance is located to the right of the club megastore, near gate 4. Stadium and car park maps can be found here.

What if I have any special dietary requirements?
If you have an existing booking please email Kelly Pike on kpike@readingfc.co.uk stating the fixture, name of booking and the hospitality area you have booked into and she will confirm that your requirements can be met.

Can I buy tickets for children?
Children are very welcome within the hospitality areas at Reading. We ask that children over 10 adhere to our dress code (as outlined earlier on this page) and that there are a maximum of two children per adult.

How do I get to Madejski Stadium?
The Stadium is a short drive from junction 11 of the M4, or approximately 10 minutes from Reading train station which can be accessed by regular bus services or taxi. More information can be found within the Travel & Parking section.
