Ban details
When a player receives five cautions he receives a one-match ban that starts seven days after the fifth card. After 29th February 2008 the player will be warned upon reaching five bookings.

When a player receives ten cautions he receives a two-match ban that starts seven days after the tenth card. After 13th April 2008 the player will be warned upon reaching ten bookings.

When a player receives fifteen cautions he receives a three-match ban that starts seven days after the fifteenth card.
