Began working part time in 2004/5, but has progressed to a full time position. Has a Sports Science degree and further qualifications in Sports Massage.

Steve Brown - Performance Analyst
Having previously worked for Birmingham City and Cardiff City, Steve works as our ProZone video analyst. Joined in the summer of 2006 after our promotion to the Premiership.

Ron Grant - Kit Manager
One of the longest-serving staff at Madejski Stadium, Ron has been doing a sterling job for a number of years since joining the Club at Elm Park.

Selby Armstrong - Assistant Kit Manager
He joined the Club on a full time basis in the summer of 2006 after previously working part time.
