Purchasing
There are four easy ways to buy your official RFC merchandise:

Methods of payment
The Megastore accepts the following method of payment:
Cash - but please do not send by post.
Cheque - payable to Reading Football Club.
Credit/Debit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro.

Opening hours
Standard opening hours are Monday-Saturday 9am-5.30pm, Thursday 9am-7pm and Sundays 10am-4pm.

Specific Christmas opening hours:
Open until 7pm on every Thursday from 29th November until 20th December.
In the week of Monday 17th December - open until 7pm every night

Matchday opening hours:
During December, the Stadium will host a Reading match three weekends out of four before Christmas. The opening hours for these matchdays are 9am-3pm & 4.45pm-5.30pm (unless otherwise stated).
Saturday 1st December Reading v Middlesbrough
Sunday 2nd December London Irish v Worcester (12-6pm)
Saturday 8th December Reading V Liverpool
Sunday 9th December London Irish v Perignan (12-6pm)
Saturday 22nd December Reading v Sunderland
Sunday 23rd December London Irish v Worcester (12-6pm)

For your convenience, if you are not attending the match you should visit the Megastore between 9am-12noon on Saturday matchdays. Please note that there is a limited selection of Reading FC merchandise available on London Irish matchdays.

Delivery services and times
Orders are dispatched in two ways: first class Royal Mail (standard delivery) or City Link (next day delivery).
For insurance purposes any orders over the value of £25 are sent by City Link at a delivery cost of £5.
For orders under £5, you have the choice between standard delivery (£3 for one item, £4 for two or more items) or City Link (£5).

Last date for Christmas delivery
The deadline to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery by Royal Mail is midday on Friday 14th December.
The deadline to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery by City Link is midday on Wednesday 19th December.
The deadline to guarantee pre-christmas delivery by International Courier is midday on Monday 10th December.
All orders are subject to stock availability. Any order placed after the deadline will be processed as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas.

Problems with orders
We are fully committed to ensuring that your order arrives to you as quickly and correctly as possible. If you have a problem with your order do not hesitate to contact us.

If have an enquiry regarding an undelivered order, it is vital that you contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us after midday on Wednesday 19th December, we may not be able to address your enquiry in time for Christmas. We will endeavour to resolve any problem reported after this date but we cannot guarantee a pre Christmas delivery.

Declined credit/debit cards
Please ensure that you submit the correct credit/debit card details before submitting your order. Your order confirmation only states that we are in receipt of your order.

Please note that the Megastore cannot be held responsible for any orders which are not processed due to incorrect card details being submitted by the customer.

Returns and exchanges
Please ensure that you keep your original till receipts in a safe place to receive an exchange and/or refund. Refunds will only be given if the item is returned in the original condition accompanied with the till receipt. You will be refunded by the method in which you paid (unless you paid by cheque). Items will be deemed to be at the current selling value unless accompanied by the original receipt.

If you do not have the receipt you will be offered an exchange, or alternatively you will be offered a gift voucher or credit note. Please note no monies can be given without a receipt.

If you are returning items by post, to allow us to deal with your return as quickly as possible, please ensure that you include a covering letter explaining the nature of your return and your contact details.

Shirt printing
Please ensure that you have the correct sizes before having a shirt printed. To avoid disappointment we would recommend that if you are unsure of the sizing, you should purchase the shirt and have the printing at a later date.

We are unable exchange and/or refund a shirt which has been printed unless it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
