Member Cards cost £2 for adults and £1 for concessions.

Applying for an Member Card - adults
Submitting an application for an adult Member Card can be done simply online by following these steps:

1) Register via our online ticketing service.
2) Once registered, follow the Memberships link on the left hand side of the online ticketing service.
3) Enter 1 in the number of Member Cards you would like to purchase. Only one Member Card can be bought per registration.
4) Enter payment details.
5) Your Member Card will be posted out to you.

Applying for an Member Card - concessions
Concession Member Cards cannot be bought online as we require proof of age such as passport, birth certificate or driving licence.

Royalty Points
If you have a Member Card you can collect Royalty Points every time you make a booking online or by fax or phone, but you must use your unique customer number.

Please note, any bookings you make for yourself or others will only be credited with Royalty Points if you quote all customer numbers of each Member Card when booking the tickets.

Please also ensure we have your mobile telephone number and email address so we can confirm purchases made on your Member Card.

If you already received a Member Card and want to buy online, please note that your password, if you have not informed us of any other password, is your postcode in upper case (capitals) with no gap.
