Boss delighted after away fans boost
The Royals have received a big boost with the news that fans have snapped up all 3,000 tickets for the away game at Arsenal, as well as an initial 1,400 for the trip to Newcastle.
An extra 500 for Newcastle are now available, and they are on general sale to all Member Card holders from Friday.
In addition, STAR have reduced prices of coach travel for the Wigan game to just £5.
The fans have really come out in force for these two trips, and the Club are very grateful for the support being shown at this stage of the season.
Boss Steve Coppell continues to be impressed by the backing he and the team have received, and he said, "The fans have given us a great deal of impetus at this critical stage.
"It's really been apparent at home, and at away games the loyal faithful have been punching above their weight in terms of volume and noise.
"It's an indication of how much the local football club means to the people of Reading."
