Steve Coppell says the Royals get a huge amount of respect from within the footballing community.

As we approach Sunday's final game of the Barclays Premier League season, Coppell says he has been receiving best wishes from fans of many other clubs.

Speaking to our online TV station Reading World, Steve said we our approach has earned us plenty of praise from many corners of the game.

He said, "I've had people coming up to me wishing all the best. I think we have a healthy respect from impartials.

"Fans of an awful lot of other teams respect what we've done for smaller clubs, how we've tried to play.

"As a club, we have integrity from the Chairman down. We've contributed a lot in two seasons, I hope we can continue to contribute for many more to come."

We go into Sunday's game looking for a combination of results to keep us in the top flight. Most simply, if we win and Fulham don't then we will be safe.
