Royals winger James Henry celebrates his 19th birthday today.

James was born in Reading and has come through the ranks to the fringes of our first team.

He has made one sub appearance for the Royals so far, as a late sub in a 4-2 Carling Cup defeat at home to Liverpool.

He enjoyed a successful loan spell with Bournemouth last season, as well as playing for Norwich in the Championship.

He is likely to be away with England's under 19s over the summer after helping them qualify for the European u19 Championships in the Czech Republic.
