Under 21s boost for Sigurdsson
Gylfi Sigurdsson has been rewarded with his first call-up for Iceland's under 21s.
Our midfielder has played a number of games for their under 19s, but has now been stepped up an age group following some good performances. They face a trip to Belgium on 20th November.
Sigurdsson unfortunately scored an own goal as our under 18s lost 1-0 to leaders Aston Villa at the weekend.
Another of our Academy players Abdulai Baggie was away with England's under 16s last week.
He started and played an hour as Kenny Swain's men earned a 2-0 win over Wales on Friday evening.
Another of our youngsters Oliver Bozanic is in Vietnam for Australia's under 20s.
They face Indonesia tonight in their first game of four qualifiers.
James Henry and Hal Robson-Kanu will line up for England's under 20s in a game in Germany on 14th November - live on Sky Sports.
Emerse Fae is in the Ivory Coast squad for two internationals with Angola and Qatar.
Ulises De La Cruz takes on Paraguay and Peru on 17th and 21st November.
