We are currently looking for Matchday Sales Agents based in the Ticket Sales Centre at Madejski Stadium.

Sales Agents are responsible for dealing with supporter enquiries and purchases in regard to tickets for all Reading FC and London Irish games played at the stadium in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

This role involves constant interaction with supporters over the telephone as well as in person and dealing with the sale of tickets for both clubs.

We are looking for people who have a confident, flexible, mature attitude and while not essential experience in Cash Handling or a Call Centre type environment would be a distinct advantage however full training will be given.
