On Sunday our Girls Centre of Excellence under 16s travelled to Denmark to compete in the prestigious Dana Cup.

The competition hosts more than 850 teams including ourselves and Chelsea, and with our girls being one of the strongest in the UK we are hungry for success!

The Reading squad includes three internationals and no fewer than nine girls who were involved with our double winning women's set up last season.

Director of Women's Football Lee Herron said, "The girls had a great season last year and hopefully a good campaign in Denmark can put them in on track for another exciting season."
